Why do you teach Career and Technical Education?I am dedicated to teaching students practical skills that empower them to think creatively. I want them to recognize the tremendous value of Career and Technical Education (CTE). I take great pleasure in watching my students grow and learn, as I challenge them to think independently and become employable individuals. I enjoy introducing various concepts they may have yet to grasp in other settings fully and demonstrating how they apply to real-life situations. Those “lightbulb moments” are what motivate me to return to teaching, making the experience rich and rewarding.
